Terms of Service

Welcome to QuikBoys. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuikBoys mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

QuikBoys is a hyperlocal delivery platform that connects customers with local stores and delivery partners for groceries, food, medicine, and parcel delivery services.

To use our services, you must create an account by providing a valid Indian mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. QuikBoys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

Each mobile number can be associated with only one account. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

When you place an order through the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. Order confirmation is subject to availability of items and delivery partners in your area.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, traffic conditions, weather, and order volume. QuikBoys strives to deliver orders within the estimated time but does not guarantee exact delivery times.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and being available to receive orders. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A delivery fee and platform fee may be added to your order total.

We accept payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on delivery may be available for select orders. All electronic payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

QuikBoys reserves the right to modify prices, fees, and charges at any time without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been accepted by a delivery partner. Once a delivery partner has been assigned and has picked up the order, cancellation may incur charges.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your QuikBoys wallet.

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through the app. After review, eligible refunds will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method.

QuikBoys reserves the right to deny refund requests that are deemed fraudulent or made in bad faith.

QuikBoys acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with stores and delivery partners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by third-party stores.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuikBoys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

QuikBoys is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

You may request deletion of your QuikBoys account at any time through the "Delete Account" option available in your Profile settings within the app, or by contacting us at support@quikboys.com.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. However, we may retain certain data as required by applicable Indian laws, including transaction records for tax and compliance purposes for up to 7 years.

Any pending orders at the time of deletion request must be completed or cancelled before the account can be deleted. Wallet balances, if any, must be withdrawn prior to account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

QuikBoys is a product of OMLVS Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka.
